The food absolutely amazing and the staff even catered to our dietetic restrictions. They were mindful of both gluten and histamine intolerances and kept providing information throughout our stay. Staff was also very helpful while providing information on ski slopes and points of internet. An all-round great experience.

I had a 4-night stay at this wonderful accommodation, and everything was outstanding. The staff is very kind, everything is clean, and the food is exceptionally delicious and varied. I would definitely come back again, even during the summer season. They have very clean saunas and a swimming pool. If you want to reach Ski Juwel / SkiWelt, this accommodation is perfect.

Only one night stay but everything was perfect. Staff were very kind. They allowed us to use spa’s showers after skiing unless we were allready check out.

“Wonderfull stay”

The hotel has a very nice location, a lot of facilities and, very important to us, a very welcoming staff. You can really feel it is a family run hotel. It is very clean, the food is good as well, we really enjoyed spending a part of our summer holiday there.

Great location for families, next door to Familienpark Drachental Wildschöna. Great selection of food in the buffet and delicious soups and meals. The restaurant staff quickly knew our drinks and food requirements. New indoor swimming pool was a hit with the little ones. Spacious clean room. The daily newspaper style leaflet Faand personal touch for the last day was appreciated. Free cable car use with the wildschonau guest cards.

Breakfast was incredible with great personal attention by the staff. Dinner was lovely too. The spa is perfect after a day of skiing.

Better than expected! The best hotel in Austria I have visited! Everything was excellent from breakfast and dinner to nice wellness. The whole family working in the hotel is doing a great job and I hope to come again. You can even skate at the ice ring just a few meters from the hotel which was a nice PLUS.

Everything was nice - very good managed family hotel. A nice surprice was a music evening with Tri Tyrol as well as a dinner with harp. I like great breafast. The dinners were also very good with thematic bufets. Very clean hotel with friendly staff.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel. We stayed for a week in February, as a family of 4, for a week of skiing. Great food, service and facilties. The sauna, steam room, and aroma room and shower are such a welcome treat after a hard day on the slopes. We would have loved a jacuzzi as well, but you can't have everything. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and 4 course supper. Accommodating of childrens food tastes and extensive trips to the buffet. The room was comfortable - not super luxury but really warm and homely. You can hire ski equipment at the shop opposite the hotel which is very convenient. Then you need to walk 5 minutes to a bus stop, for a bus journey of 10 minutes or so to the next village where the gondola goes up to where ski lessons take place. It's all very straightforward after the first day when you know where you're going. You can carry your boots and skis and store them at the hotel, or for a few euros you can store them at the hire shop below the gondola. This made a big difference once we'd discovered it.

Big comfortable room, great food, very friendly staff, you feel really welcome the whole time at the hotel, lots of parking places, there is really not a single drawback
