Very interesting and distinctive architecture, with nice decorations. Well equipped and comfortable bedroom, jacuzzi bathtub, coffee maker and TV. Good location, easily walkable to all the important city sites, restaurants, shops and bars. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble even preparing a map marked with all the important sites to see in the town for a walking tour. Excellent cooked breakfast included.

Superb location and the staff were excellent. Lovely rooms, but all a bit tired and run down. We had 2 rooms on the top floor which had a lovely view and breakfast on the terrace but bring the earplugs as it was very very noisy (low season).

Wonderful oasis in a delightful town. Spacious room, excellent staff and great bed and shower. The staff went the extra mile. Every time we returned from a day out there was a fresh juice awaiting. The rooms were cleaned promptly and to an excellent standard. Great location for restaurants and magor attractions.

It is a palace style hotel with exceptional service Rooms are huge snd comfortable Suite room on the ground floor was not so good but management changed to another room one floor up The terrace is incredible

Very nice staff, good breakfast. Also, very good location... actually almost "too downtown" because one can hear the street noise from the room (Oaxaca and its numerous roof-top-bars are quite noisy at night...)

This place is an absolute gem Its right in the historic centre near all the rooftop bars and best reastaurants It's setting and interior is very authentic but cool. Above all the service and how accommodating every single person there is was outstanding. It really felt as if you were staying at someone ypu knows place. Lovely people Certainly recommend and will stay here again when we come back to oaxca city as its a magical place Thank you

“Very friendly hotel with personal touch on super location”

Top location right in the middle of the old town, amazingly friendly staff with a nice personal touch and big rooms. Simple but nice breakfast that can also be served on the roof terrace, with great views over the city.

The property is absolutely beautiful and lives up to its palatial name. we stayed in Roma suite which was huge, gorgeous and really clean. The service from start to finish was outstanding, the team couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel really special. would definitely stay again.

White-glove service. A full staff dedicated to making your stay great. Loved the breakfast and the complimentary wine. Very central location as well. You don't want to be too far south in Oaxaca.

The hotel is small and cozy. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was very clean.
