“Idea apartment in a local neighbourhood”
The apartment is quite large. The bathroom is clean and shower refreshing. Also, it's located in an isolated nieghbourhood so you do get to know some locals. One of the vey best restaurants in Puerto is right next door. Some items on the menu are affordable, but the wine is expensive...but probably great.

“Wonderful stay in Oaxaca!”
Fantastic stay at Hostal Nordes in Oaxaca! The place is great, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooftop terrace was such a great spot to relax. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

“Avoid, bad service, worse beds”
Shocking customer service and even more shocking facilities. Checked in and immediately regretted it. The bed might as well have been a slab of concrete it was so uncomfortable. I tried to nap for 30 minutes and woke up with a pain in my back. Expressed this to the staff who contacted the manager and they didn't care. I asked to cancel the booking and offered to pay half even though I'd not been there long but they wouldn't give me any money back. I cut my losses and left anyway and checked in at a nearby hostel. Avoid at all costs. Terrible experience

“Highly recommended”
Exceptional accommodation, located only a 1-minute walk from the main square, however it is not noisy! The room looked very cute, was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

Hostel Nordes is in a brilliant, lively part of Oaxaca, with plenty happening all night. The place is in good condition, comfortable, and overall very pleasant. It’s also quite cheap, and for the price we paid it was absolutely worth it.

Superb location, never had to walk more than 15 minutes to visit anywhere I wanted to go. Staff were lovely, attentive and patient with the language barrier I brought. Underground parking was a huge bonus, great value for money.
