Like an oasis in the middle of a buzzing city. We received an upgrade, too. The staff were superfriendly and helpful. Also, the driver they recommended was excellent (and provided guide services too).

The location was great, close to downtown but in a quieter part, also that we travelled as family was great the space as we could spend more time together in our own private place.
