Does what it says on the tin - this place is great value and very livable. Staff super friendly and the room was clean. Good locations, easy to walk into town and everything you want to get to. Free water dispenser provided and always someone on reception.

“Good stay in a good location”

Great location, although it’s close to the centre it is not ideal for those who struggle walking up hills. Could not hear the road from our room, Wifi was fine, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly

Good location, historical center in walking distance. The personal was very friendly and helped us out.

The shower head should be replaced or fixed, taking the shower was a bit of a challenge.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the center. Bed was comfy. Good secure parking.

Very friendly reception service. Did not use much of the other services, as the hotel is within walking distance of city center, where lots of activities are waiting to be discovered.

Location was good, couple block from Santo Domingo and a parking.

Very helpful staff who helped me when my original lodging was not available during the festival of Guelaguetza. They patiently listened to my A1 Spanish. Free water in the lobbies. Amazing view on the Terrace of both Mount Fortin where the main Guelaguetza festival was held.

Staff is very helpful. Arranged the trips. Added a night . The room was clean, and the bathroom was really up to date and nice-looking
