Good. Variety of choices.

Lisa from the kitchen staff is very thoughtful and considerate of the guests. Keeping the buffet area stocked and with fresh food all morning. We stayed for two days this time. Breakfast keeps getting better and better. Lisa, thank you for your hard work. We'll be back because of you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the evening snacks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The staff were very efficient and quick with repairs.

“Unpleasant, not like before, and differently will be my last after 7 years of staying with them.”

Although I'm a guest in Staybridge Burlington since around 7 years and always was satisfied, but, this time I'm totally DISSATISFIED!!! On the other hand, I'm using Booking.com regurarly since more than 10 years, so usually I use booking to book even for hotels under IHG which I'm also gold member in. However, this time I've booked through Booking (received booking confirmation) and arrived Canada after long trip (18 hrs) very tired to find a non professional receptionist assuring that there is no booking and there is no room !!!!!!!!!!!! To make the story short, and after long discussion, she has provided a very poor room with a very bad conditions (not all light working, not working telephone ........etc) and insisted paying a security deposit in addition to one night till assuring availability for the other 3 nights. Second day at 12:00 they started chasing by calling and interrupting to go to the reception to find another room and renew the booking. Eventually, they expressed their favour to keep the same room for the another 2 night and mandated the full payment in addition to keeping the deposit. While checking-out they make it difficult to get my deposit in Cash as I've paid and tried their best to add to my Card which I didn't like. On the other hand, as I was in a short business trip, I was in need to print some papers (PCR, Boarding... for my leave) using their printers which they also make it not easy for me. Eventually, I'm unhappy firstly from Booking.Com whom confirmed my booking and not received by the hotel, secondly, form the hotel which is currently in a very poor conditions from all aspects; staff, facilities....etc. Best Regards. The 2 ladies in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful and worked hard to provide a very nice selection of breakfast items. They should be commended for always being professional and friendly and remembering repeat customers.

Good suite set-up with basic dishes, full fridge and dishwasher, and 2 ensuite bathrooms.

“Enjoyable stay right beside Oakville Conference Center; cheaper than Holiday Inn and worth it”

It was right beside the Oakville conference center which was the location of the wedding we attended. Made it super easy and no need to take a taxi or get a DD. Proximity was very important. The reception staff were really nice - they helped print something for me, told me about how I can get late check out. Very helpful and smiley. The room was large. I liked that it had its own kitchenette, seating area, work table. Made it really easy to get some last minute work in. I didn't check out the pull-out couch/pullout sofabed but I think 3 people could stay in this room cozily. I loved the quality of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash - all Dove :) Didn't end up using the toiletries that I brought. Cheaper than the Holiday Inn and I'm glad I saved that money! Holiday Inn rooms were a bit more modern but the room was smaller with no kitchenette (I visited friends at the Holiday Inn). Both hotels were beside the conference center anyway (maybe 100m or so entrance to entrance).
