“Very enjoyable stay in an excellent location”
Error in room price/charges was quickly rectified by the friendly manager without fuss on arrival. Room 554 is very spacious with a large balcony and beautiful views of the harbour.

Location was great by ferry. Staff very nice, in fact seems he was on duty all the time! I think we had a wheelchair room, huge space, huge bathroom. Lots of food places to choose around hotel

The staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed twice, once the night before our cruise, and once the day we returned from our cruise. We had taken a red eye and arrived in the morning exhausted. We were immediately allowed in our room which was so thoughtful. Fabulous location, clean, right on the water.

Location is great for a relaxing Oakland visit. We're regular visitors to this part of the city. The room was spacious, clean with a really comfortable bed and the hotel is so close to the ferry which is a real asset.
