“cheap, good bed, otherwise lacking”
my first night i was in room 332, that was november 9th. that room was filthy. dirty finger marks on the light plates, filthy counter, dirty marks on the walls. my last stay on the 13th was good. the room was clean and i slept better,but still kept my shoes on.

“The worst stay I have ever had at Extended stay America Suites . I will never stay there again .”
nothing the Receptionist was very rude, when asked questions about my Room was left in the Lobby alone for 20 minutes she just walked out. When asked about the secure parking lot I was told the gate was broken and that was the way it was broken and been broken for a long time. When asked about my room was told she had to call housekeeping to see if it was ready at 4 30 p.m. when I was trying to check in. Gust was coming in and there was no Receptionist at the counter she had just left and was gone for 20 to 30 minutes. The guest was like what's going on I'm like she just walked out.

“Will come back! 😉”
We decided to stay here because of the kitchen (check out that powerful electric stove!) and was a bit surprised how clean our room was and the bed! Comfortable enough! The staff are efficient they responded to our request in a timely manner. Parking was not an issue. 👍 Laundry facility was good. I can’t wait to stay again at ESA with other feature amenities like gym, pool and full breakfast. It’s a great location fyi. Walking distance to Target and Bestbuy and few mins drive to other nice places like shopping centers and restaurants.

Room is clean.The receptionist was a very nice woman.I don't know her name but she was a black woman. We met her on Monday 09/12 around 7pm & Tuesday 09/13 at 1 pm. I would give her 10/10
