As an active duty member I showed up to check in and was turned away because the receptionist would not accept my Government issued ID to verify my reservation. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!

While seemingly non-descript and in the middle of nowhere, it was a very short (0.1 mi) walk from the Lake Merritt BART station. Lake Merritt was very close and very scenic and pleasant. It was well run and maintained, and the owners were very helpful. Excellent location if driving, ample parking.

“Be careful, it is close to the highway, for us at night it was not disturbing, but be prepared for some nőies”
