“We had a good time at the hotel. Good/helpful staff.”
Breakfast was very good. 24 hour coffee/hot chocolate in lobby. Hotel and grounds very clean. Good indoor pool and hot tub. Good staff. The area outside the property very dirty. Streets were full of litter. Short distance from airport and Oakland Collesium.

The room was clean and fairly big for three people. Really close to the Oakland Arena which makes that hotel handy for concerts and events.

I really liked that it was accessible. The bed was quite comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. It’s close to the airport.

“It worked for what we needed. Not sure about future visits to the bay.”
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and always present. Location was a shock but for this visit was ok. Although we never went in, breakfast looked and smelled great. Would have appreciated coffee in lobby 24/7 like most hotels.

Room was very spacious and beds very comfortable fitting the 4 of us. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was included and it was very good considering the pandemic. The check in great and Staff was extremely nice and very helpful and attentive to our needs.
