i was there to meet up friends whose child is a medical student at Merritt U. Comfy bed...good enough for an overnight stay. It was easy for the guy at the office/ counter to switch me to a non- smoking room after I told him that my room is smelling like cigarette and cigarette butts. Thank you so much.....Well kept and watched parking area. I saw a roving security person around that was keeping watch the parking area and the property as a whole. Feeling safe😍. I love the little paper at the office lobby where it is suggesting us a safety stay via a link. See it in photo I sent. Thank You so much ...loved my stay and it os closed to Meritt U.

It WAS AWFUL. After the check-in, they gave us the key to a room that was still undone, meaning condom on the floor, bed all messed up, garbish everywhere...We came back to let them know and the person in the reception didn't even apologize or act surprised, instead he took his time to provide us access to a second room, whim was supposed to be cleaned but the smell was unbearable. Then we let them know that we rather get a refund instead instead of trying a third one, after over 30 minutes waiting at the reception he told us that since we booked through booking.com, there was nothing that he could do. This time he showed us a third room that was "alright". We spent the night and left as soon as we could in the morning. The room was super cold. AVOID THE EXPERIENCE IF YOU ARE ABLE TO.

staff was rude confrontational. The rooms dirty I can honestly state that I left the room cleaner and in a btter state then when I came in. Staff also would not alow me to borrow cleaning supplies or provide Toilet Paper.

The toliet didn’t flush it was so nasty 😷
