Overview
This modern hotel is just 20 metres from the bridge connecting O Grove with the island of La Toja and very near the famous seafood restaurant, Marisqueria de'Berto. It features free WiFi. The room overlooking the Ria, with a window, railing and some sloping ceilings (with 2 Velux). Rooms at Hotel Montemar have air conditioning, heating and bathroom with a hairdryer. “Nice hotel. Great service.”
A very nice and quiet hotel. A bit outdated and the standard room that we had a bit small, but with a great hotel personnel, very customer oriented. I would mention a young guy who speaks pretty well English, sorry I forgot your name, who gave us very good tips on what to do and where to eat. The parking is a very good benefit even you need to pay it, considering the parking in O Grove can be daunting. The breakfast was good. Fresh and tasty product, many local sweets, cold cuts, cheese and cooked productions. All in all we stayed only two days but good ones. Thank you.

Accommodation was exceptionally good. Staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful. They even sourced specialist motorcycle chain lubricant and did it for me!!!! Breakfast was really excellent! Unnecessary, but for my piece of mind, they placed my motorcycle in front of the reception window in the car park for my peace of mind.

The staff and location near the main restaurants and amenities!Be mindfull to pre book the car park.Great location if you want to explore the Groove and Isla La Tocha and has a supermarket 5m walk in case you need.

“Excellent budget option in ideal location.”
Clean room, excellent friendly service, great breakfast choice (including gluten free option), fab location. 10 minutes walk from the beach on Isla de la Toja, 15 mins walk to O Grove port area. Great view of the water and Bridge from some rooms. All three of the staff we interacted with spoke good English.
