Overview
Situated in the coastal town of Nysted on Lolland Island, this property is just 100 metres from a bathing area. It offers an on-site Danish restaurant, grocery store and cottages with a private terrace. A fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a dining area are featured in each cottage. Guests at Nysted Strand Camping & Cottages can choose either private or shared bathrooms. Some cottages also have a TV. Mini golf, billiards and table tennis are available at Nysted Strand Cottages. “Great Camping Cabins with friendly owner.”
We visited in early Sept 22, while on a father and son road trip. Great, basic camping cabins on a site run by an enthusiastic owner. We arrived on a windy day so didn’t swim, but the swimming opportunities look fabulous. The site has a zip wire and bouncy pillows (the kind that are set into the ground) which will keep the kids occupied. Cabins were basic but a good standard and well looked after - fridge, kettle, stove, pans etc all provided. The boss is a very friendly chap. As a bonus when we left, within 5 miles of the site we saw a golden eagle and a white tailed eagle. Amazing!

Great place to stay on transit from Denmark to Germany, close to boat Rodby - Puttgarden! Nice environment, close to the lake, beach.

Small but well equipped bungalow. The place is quite small which we liked, as it's more calm then. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Nice cottage with two bunk beds. We used it as an overnight before we took the ferry back home. Perfect for that. Location at a beautiful beach.
