Positively surprised! It's a great place to stay, very cozy b&b with clean facilities. Centrally located. Lovely and helpful staff serving big breakfast - definitely value for money! Recommended while on a trip up north.

“Lovely quirky place with friendly, accommodating host”
Zara was a great host. Friendly and accommodating. All rooms are double but big and spacious and interestingly decorated. We arrived on a Sunday and everything was closed but the Pancake House is in the center of town where there was 1 open restaurant plus a couple of supermarkets. Breakfast was superb - beautifully presented and brought individually so if you are veggie, you need to tell her in advance... and great pancakes!

Only hotel available In town. Safe, secure parking. Bed comfortable. Good cooked and varied breakfast. Food ok for dinner but pub standard.

“Good value for money with a personal atmosphere”
Very nice and central location. Friendly staff, good value for money. A house with character and atmosphere. Individual breakfast offered according to a questionnaire. And of course a pancake in the morning :-)
