The stunning location and they really are breathtaking views. The hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful. The food hamper was above and beyond and the property had absolutely everything you could need or desire for a comfortable stay. Top class in every way. We struggled to leave the property and we were very content to stay all day at the property enjoying the pool, terraces and gardens. To go into the town we called the local taxis - Yannis is very good and only charged €10 per trip. We walked once and took less than 30 mins but a bit too steep for us in our late 60s.

This is a lovely villa with amazing views over the sea and very peaceful. It was clear that the owners have made every effort to make the villa as comfortable as possible. It is the most well equipped villa we’ve stayed in for many years. The kitchen cupboards included many herbs, spices and other condiments including oil and balsamic vinegar. There was also a wide range of sauces in the fridge, like tomato and brown sauce. This was in addition to the generous hamper provided, which included bread, honey, butter, marmalade, bananas, grapes, cheese, milk and bottled water. Although we did find out that it is ok to drink the tap water, which was helpful. The equipment in the kitchen included a kettle, microwave, two coffee makers and a sandwich toaster. There’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, plug in insect repellents, lots of paper backs, jigsaws and card games. Plus Netflix is available. There are two double bedrooms, each with a fully stocked bathroom. All the rooms look out on to the lovely view. Outside is a table and chairs on the balcony outside the living area. There are a few steps to the pool area, with a number of comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the garden was well tended with flowers and fruit bushes. Pool towels are also provided. The villa is up a steep road which is challenging, but actually only takes 10 minutes at a steady pace to walk up, so easily achievable. The town is only about 1 km from the villa and has numerous restaurants and shops. We ate at 3 different restaurants and all were really good quality. One we ate at, The Panorama, showed the presence of gluten or lactose in the meals which is really helpful for people with allergies. The owners are really friendly and helpful, and Elena at Booking.com answered my many questions quickly and thoroughly. Elena also arranged the taxi to and from the airport. Overall a lovely villa, with lovely views in a peaceful location.
