Overview
Red Rocks Rwanda - Campsite & Guesthouse is an ecotourism initiative, 7 km out of Ruhengeri. The hostel offers basic accommodation and includes a cultural center. Volcans National Park is 30 km away. The rooms at Red Rocks Rwanda are equipped with mosquito nets and have access a shared bathroom. Guests can learn more about life and culture in Rwanda. Activities such as basket making, banana beer brewing, farming, cooking and many others are offered. A shuttle can be arranged on advance request for pick up and drop off.

“Genuinely friendly staff”
Very professional staff. Authentic experience and accommodation. Artistic spacious common areas. The Best accommodation provided breakfast we had on our month-long trip in East Africa. All staff members are genuinely friendly.

“Wonderfully authentic”
I absolutely loved this place and recommend it very much. It is located in peaceful green nature away from Musanze chaos, but at the same time close enough that you easily reach it by moto taxi. The cook in the restaurant is amazing. Generally all the staff is really friendly and helpful, always available for advice on activities. They upgraded my tent reservation for a little house for free since it was raining. It was clean and comfy. They are doing an amazing job supporting the local community, you can really experience authentic Rwanda here. :)

Very friendly staff, very friendly vibe. It was low season so I think we were the only guests but I can imagine during a regular period there would have been an awesome atmosphere! The breakfast was amazing - so much fruit amongst other delicious things- one of the best of out whole time in rwanda.

The place is bit outside Musanze, so bit off from all the trouble. Anyway nice and cosy and really good food what has been provided. Come and enjoy :)

“Best Experience in Musanze so far!! :D”
All the staff was super amazing, feeling like in a big family, super comfortable from the first moment in a really enjoyable nature place full of activities and possibilities. Bonfire every night, and the breakfast super super complete and full of fruits and vegetables, we end up super full and happy!! The staff is the best, and the atmosphere and everything, no doubt one of the places most worth it in the ones i have been around! Best place in Musanze for sure.
