“Iskandar Puteri Unblocked View”
Location is quite good to be in that area of Iskandar Puteri if you have things to be done there otherwise quite a distance to go to main JB town. Home was clean, washing machine in working order for the 4 nights that we're there. Home was unblocked view and windy with high ceiling.

Location is good. Not the closest to Legoland, but only a few minutes driving. Security guards are very helpful. Check in and out process is very easy.

Everything from collecting key from a locked main door of the property, then the missing keys in the mail box, how hard it is to communicate with the owner or management and the biggest is the booking was deem cancel the morning 10.45am on the day of check-in, the property booked almost 3 months before NOT AVAILABLE and owner blamed booking.com on technical issues. Rebook and redirect us to another property that is far from Legoland then gave us a rundown unit in Medini. NOT as advertised in website, doors broken, utensils bad, no hot water, furniture are all in bad condition broken and just wrapped with cloth. Not to mention the cleanliness as we have small kids. Very frustrated since we drove 4-5 hours to reach Johor just to be informed that the booking and reservation was cancel. Tried to get in touch with booking.com but your system just redirect us to portal. We’re stranded for hours and have to reschedule our plan for that day. We missed out a day to enjoy Legoland. Very bad experience

had a very pleasant stay at Elysia Residence. The owner was extremely helpful and always replied promptly whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. The facilities provided were exactly as shown on the website. clean, well-maintained, and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend Elysia Residence to others.
