We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Nuquí. The location is absolutely beautiful, right by the beach with direct private access, which made it feel very special and relaxing. What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip and made everything so easy for us. For example, they even arranged for us to spend one night at another hotel owned by the same host in Termales, which made our overall experience even more memorable. Even when the owner wasn’t there, another lovely woman was in charge and took great care of everything, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcome. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuquí!

The location is perfect. Quiet and nicely secluded with the beach directly in front. The village of Nuqui is a quick 10 minute walk away down the path (or along the beach) with options for food and drink. Staff are wonderful! Nice breakfast. Wifi is free and it is stable enough to watch movies and catch up on work.

Daisy was so welcoming and accommodating, especially as we had to change our plans at last minute and amend our booking. Daisy offered to book a boat to our next stop and help with accommodation too. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice terrace space with a hammock to relax. The meals delicious and prepared with love.

A Soulful Stay at Cabañas Iracas Del Mar Tucked along the serene shores of Nuquí, Cabañas Iracas del Mar offered us a retreat that felt both restful and idyllic. From the moment we arrived, Daisy, the heart and soul of this place and the rest of the staff welcomed us with a warmth that went far beyond hospitality. Their care and attention to detail made us feel not just accommodated, but genuinely looked after. At times, we’d find ourselves chatting with the other family members and staff, sharing stories, or picking fresh fruit right from the trees in the garden. Each of us had our own cabin, and they were just what we needed spacious , comfortable, and open to the lush surroundings. The sounds of the ocean and the songs of the birds drifted in naturally. We especially loved reading in the hammocks just outside the cabins on the balconies, swaying gently in the afternoon breeze. The location is also perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach, and close enough to town that we could walk in for lunch or dinner, but far enough that it still felt like a world of its own. Like being in a town away from the town. Our stay at Cabañas Iracas del Mar was more than just a holiday it felt like a journey into the heart of Nuquí’s natural beauty and the deep, quiet generosity of its people. If you’re looking for a place that offers both solitude and connection, peaceful rest and enriching excursions, this is a destination that truly has it all.

We were pleased with everything, including the hotel's location, the warm welcome from the owners, and their support throughout our vacation.

I personally had the worst stay in there since I started to travel in Colombia. Have been to many places and I loved my stay but this one was awful. The staff isn't friendly all they did was laughing at me, I could hear them talking about me from my room. The owner only wants you to eat and book tours at her place. I had a epilepsy attack in a restaurant and I came back to my room in rush by taxi. When I came back the fan from my room was gone and I really needed so I ask one of the staff for it as I was really unwell. I got undress unfortunately quickly as my body temperature wasn't going down. The staff told the rest of the team that I got undress in front of her. Well it was an emergency 10 mins ago I was in a restaurant having convulsions on the floor. So I had to cool down my body temperature They had a water fountain and tea supplies at the beginning of my stay and then they removed it and never put it again.

This place feels like home. Daisy (owner) is just incredible person that carries about every guest like it is her own kid. During my stay I felt that I visited my aunt. Constant attention to the guest comfort. She was cooking food for us, helping with all tours and activities and making sure that we could rest properly. It is more than 10 stars.

The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The communication worked pretty well even we dont speak any spanish. It was very clean and the beach was just 2 minutes away and beautiful. The port and airport is near. Just a 10 minutes walk to get there. Its not in the middle of the village but thats why its very quiet and beautiful. And the coffee was very good ☺️
