Harry was excellent with accommodating the change of date due to the war in the UAE and which flexible numerous times with this Change and responded quickly Juma was fantastic with his personal skills and making us feel welcome and organising a celebration at one of the dinners all the staff were friendly smiling Happy Peter was excellent as well. I can’t remember all the staff members because all were fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean fantastic view breathtaking experience will 100% return I’ll be recommended in this hotel several friends Family ❤ and Business associates I will return Harry also said he’ll be coming to London and I’ll be happy to give him a tour of London and make recommend recommendations. We stayed at the DHOW hotel room cannot recommend enough can fit a family of four it was just two of us spacious amazing views and Sunset plenty of rooms to tan socialise watch television play music five stars.

Absolutely amazing stay, we booked just 15 minutes before arrival and everything was already perfectly organized. The manager is a truly wonderful person and we were welcomed in such a warm, genuine way. The food was outstanding, breakfasts and dinners were honestly some of the best we had on Zanzibar (fresh, beautifully served, and full of flavour). The whole experience felt effortless: whenever we needed to move around the property, the team drove us everywhere by buggy, which was super convenient and made the stay feel very “luxury resort”. The villa was cleaned twice a day (morning and evening before sleep), always spotless and perfectly prepared. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and designed for privacy- we felt relaxed and taken care of from the first minute. Highly recommended for anyone who values privacy, great food, and a calm, chill atmosphere.

Our stay at the Safira Blue Luxury Resort was magnificent and unforgettable. The Fisherman's Cove villa is super spacious with all the amenities, from a private pool and jacuzzi to billiards and access to a private beach. The service is wonderful with an incredible team, the food is excellent, and all expectations were more than exceeded. After these days, we left with the certainty that we will have to return, and to anyone who may be undecided, don't hesitate to choose this hotel. You will be pampered from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

Exceptional, genuine, and friendly customer service. The villa is very spacious, featuring both a private pool and direct access to the sea. The food selection is astonishing, with plenty of fresh options available across the various restaurants. We particularly appreciated the extreme privacy — the resort has only a few villas, so you rarely encounter other guests. Last but not least, the Director, Mr. Harjinder Singh, is extremely professional and always willing to assist with any request you may have.

Our stay was unforgettable! The service was beyond anything we’ve experienced, even compared to top resorts. The team created a special WhatsApp group with all the relevant staff — every request was handled immediately, sometimes even before we asked! Mr. Malay, the F&B manager, was like our personal manager — always available and never said no. Chef Adam’s food was absolutely incredible, and the views from our villa were breathtaking. Truly the best hospitality we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
