Tony and his extensive team really look after you. The rooms are large and well equipped. Cleaned daily. Some of the best food i had in Nungwi came from their kitchen with individual tastes catered for

we had a reservation for Banda 1 and Banda 2 which are two small cottages behind the main building surrounded by local houses (no information on the accommodation site about Bandas position) and very close to power generator who was working the entire night making big noise which force us to use earplugs, Beside of generator noise, the local people who lived around, started around 5-6 in the morning the daily duties, and due to the traditional roof there was no sound protection. After two nights we were force to find another location for the rest of vacation. In the initial discussion with the owner he agree to reimburse the last two night but after that he doesn't response to any messages or booking operators. We are very disappointing and remain with very bad impressions after this situation for all our vacation.

“Beautiful and calm paradise!”
Tony and all the staff are very hospitable and kind, a lovely breakfast each morning and comfortable and good sized room which was kept very clean. The location is perfect if you want to be in a slightly quieter area in Nungwi but still with lots of restaurants and shops near by, but it is also not a far walk to the “busier” end of the beach with lots more places to eat and drink. Excellent access to the beach and a lovely pool to relax around.

We stayed 5 different hotels, but here we had the best food in Zanzibar. Everything is fresh, made as you order. Toni is a good host! Thank you!

“Great place to Explore nungwi and so nice staff / vibes”
We had a fantastic stay in ChikaChika (hotel) & Dodoki (restaurant)! The hotel only had a few rooms which made it feel cosy. The rooms were clean and every day fresh towels (including beach towels). Keep in mind the power outages as they happen on the whole island. There is a nice clean pool including poolbar. Surrounded by lush green plants. The included breakfast is great with multiple options (picture added for menu). Walk 10 meters and you're on the beach. This is the best route to the beach bars and clubs. Activities / nice to know: - Barakaa Zoo: Not the Mnari aquarium. Turtle experience is the same but price is cheaper. And you can feed zebra's and monkeys. (2 mins walk) - Kibanda beach club; Beach chairs in the shade, good food & drinks, massage, good prices. And still local vibes. (10 min walk) - Maisha restaurant: Good food and drinks for sunset, nice interior (2 mins walk) - In the tourist centre you find Mama Mia for great pizza. Nanasi beach club for bali-vibes with a pool and fancy atmosphere, many shops and ATM here as well. Best to take a TukTuk Taxi home from here (10K Shilling is good price) - At the hotel you can book excursions as well. We did the Mnemba island tour including swimming with dolphins. It was amazing for only 35 dollar per person. If you need anything, manager Tony is always happy to help or make you a cocktail :)

Really close to the beach and spacious and clean rooms. Really enjoyed relaxing and looking over the pool.
