“Big Room With a Nice Bed”
The rooms are big, the bed was the best bed ever big and with nice pillows, the bathroom was spacey and with a very nice shower

“Uncomfortable mattress, freezing room, and staff who blamed the guest rather than fixing the problem”
The Bed was horrible...not comfortable at all. When asked to change the room, the hotel wanted us to pay more. The excuse was that we paid for a double bed room. But even if you pay for double bed, you expect the beds to be good not horrible matresses which allows you to fall in between when you are sleeping with your partner.

The website suggests that it’s near the beach but it is nowhere near , concierge said 10 km away. There was no where to walk too, mainly busy roads around

“Perfect location for Keukenhof, tulip parade, Leiden and flower fields”
Very comfortable and lovely, spacious room. We had some of our best ever nights' sleep. Very quiet and calm too and the balcony was a nice touch. Great to have an ironing board and iron. Location was perfect for us as it was a 15-minute walk to the station (two options) so we could easily get out to Leiden and back, plus there was a direct coach to the Keukenhof (HopOnHopOff), a bus to Lisse (which we were also able to walk to from the hotel), and the Tulip Parade came really near, just five minutes away. The restaurants served great food (top-notch sushi and French cuisine). Our only comment is that staff seemed very rushed and busy, although friendly. The hotel cafe served delicious patisserie. The gym was ok and the sauna was nicely sized and clean. If we'd stayed longer we would have used the games room pool table.

Excellent facilities, plenty of eating options, very good breakfast, spacious room with very nice shower. Every member of staff was extremely attentive.
