Overview
Resort Land & Zee is a new, modern hotel with a unique architectural design. The hotel is located opposite the dunes that lead to the North Sea Beach. All hotel rooms have large windows and a terrace. Each hotel room has a private bathroom. The restaurant and its terrace offer a splendid view of the surrounding water. Here you can enjoy breakfast, a cappuccino, lunch or a dinner. The Grevelingenmeer is located 250 meters from Resort Land & Zee. Furthermore there are various walking and cycling routes in the area. The restaurant offers an outdoor terrace on the south side along the water.

Fantastic location! Great room with a lake in front, private terrace, spacious parking, close to the beach, also great that there is a possibility for late checkout.

1. Location very close to the sea and the beach was quite large and not overly crowded. The resort is quite large and mainly caters for trailers and mobile homes. There is a small kids playground and common bath facilities which we have not checked out. 2. Breakfast options were varied and tasty. For the other meals we had regular visits to the nearby supermarket - plus.

“Stunner winter getaway.”
I booked a suite specifically for a bath and imagine our delight when it was big enough for two! Cold winter's day but the huge windows and private terrace meant we could watch a beautiful sunset and also get woken up by a spectacular sunrise. Fantastic breakfast included. We also ate in the restaurant which was delightful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
