The room and facilities were clean and good. The outside was not well kept: it gave a desolate feeling, which was confirmed by the absence of reception, uncleared representability of the interior of the common areas and facility spaces

No breakfast. Good location for our purpose.

Nice and quiet location, the rooms were ok but were quite dated and in need for an upgrade.

No real communication available, no immediate human interaction, the heating first of all did not work like it was supposed, we had to wait more than half an hour outside in the cold and rain because the safe batteries "fell out and we had no access to our apartment cards to enter. The noise factor between the rooms was not adequate as we could hear the noise from next door ALL night long talking and snoring.

Easy access. Outside the big city, close to nature. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Large free parking lot. Clean and well-organized apartment. Everything we needed for our stay was available. There is a swimming pool next door. Thank you. I would visit again.

The health club was good with well equipped gym and excellent sauna. Plenty of parking and the town of Groesbeek had plenty of places to eat and drink. In fact the meal we had at Bar en Grill De Locomotief in Groesbeek was excellent and far better quality than I expected so although it wasn't a cheap meal it offered great value for money. In the town there were lots of play parks and cycle routes. I would come back for a family short stay.

Balcony was great to let fresh air into the room. A good gym. Kitchenette in room.

Extreme noise Saturday evening until after midnight. Nobody in reception to stop the young people that plaid football against the wall and screamed and shouted. Breakfast not ready 8.00 but 15 min later. Manual for hotel only In Dutch?
