The staff all of them very friendly helpful getting out of there way to help and find things out room clean spotless can’t find any minor And based in centre of town but just away from the pubs to have no noise so overall being on a holiday through Europe this is the best so far thank you

“Perfect in every way!”

The perfect stay in this amazing Christmas town! The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. The location is excellent and parking is just across the road. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with large, comfy beds. The bar has a super selection of beers and delicious snacks. It’s also tight on the route of the parade, a huge bonus. We look forward to a return visit! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Good breakfast and excellent location. Room was adequate but very noisy from both inside the hotel - banging of doors. Guests next doorand outside our window. Needs more noise reduction treatment of the rooms.

Great location in the (small) center of Valkenburg In front of a public square where you can park (pay per hour from 11 to 20, even on Sundays). Daily option for 12e parking or park at Jumbo nearby

“Charming hotel in the centre of Valkenburg”

Very nice centrally located hotel in Valkenburg a/d Geul. We had the junior suite which was spaceous and comfortable. Dogs are welcome in the hotel except for the restaurant area (understandable). The friendly staff at check-in suggested to have breakfast at the outdoor seating area in the morning where the dog could join - which was a great alternative as the sun was out.

“Super helpful staff and a lovely location to stay in Valkenburg”

Great staff - went above & beyond in helping us sort out an issue (not with the hotel) to save the day and get us to an event we were attending. Also they accommodated our request for an early check-in. Nice location, centrally located and close to the main bars/restaurants. We had a view of the ruins, which was cool. Rooms are comfortable and well-designed.

“Splendid stay in Christmas wonderland…”

Fabulous warm welcome from staff who were friendly, helpful and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Such lovely people! Really comfy bed and airy, good sized room with Juliet balcony. The bar was brilliant and relaxed with a great selection of beers and local snacks served beneath a glorious panoply of foliage and crystal chandeliers. It’s essentially a lovely conservatory so you can people and parade watch in comfort. You’re within a few paces of shops, markets and tons of bars and restaurants. Parking is sensibly priced and easily accessible. We loved it and hope to return.
