Beautiful big room on ground floor looking into courtyard. Room was warm Bed was extremely comfortable. Just couldnt believe our luck. Wonderful little breakfast room on first floor overlooking pedestrian street. Great self-serve breakfast. Frank was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic for restaurants and walking on foot.

Frank was a welcoming host. The small details that were considered were excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious and contains everything you would need for your stay. Local amenities are close by and tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot.

“Hidden gem in Amsterdam 😊”

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. Frank couldn’t have been more helpful before arrival and while we were there. Always came to chat to us at breakfast time and we also met his beautiful cat Blanca! Fabulous location, so central. Close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Short walk to canal and Anne Franks house. Absolutely spotless. Sooo clean. Beds and duvets were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was self service with plenty choice 😊 Would recommend to anyone who wants a more personal and homely experience.

Our stay was truly delightful. The location of the property was excellent, and Frank—our host—was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Hygiene is extremely important to us, and the level of cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We were able to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The hostel is a 10 minute walk from the city center, there are big markets and cafes around it. The room we stayed in is spacious and comfortable on the first floor, it has a balcony, the heaters were on in the evening, we did not get cold, the bathroom is big enough, hot water usage is very good. There is also a refrigerator in the room. You have breakfast in the shared kitchen in the hostel, the manager Frank is extremely attentive, sincere and cheerful. If we were to come again, we would definitely stay in the same place.

The breakfast had a good range of options and the host was willing to accommodate any requests. The house is cozy and in an excellent location. The host welcomes you as if you're home. Room was stylish, albeit a bit cold in the spring.

I really liked the location of our accommodation—on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood. Just around the corner, there are two grocery stores, cozy cafés (I recommend Café Winkel), and bars. The size of our room was also a pleasant surprise—warm and spacious. The main attractions are within walking distance. A special thanks to our host, Frank, for his hospitality, delicious breakfasts, and amazing cheeses! :)

Location is perfect, near the centre of the city and the room is very clean and equipped with everything. Frank is kind host!!!

Well located in Joordan area of the city , an upcoming area with lots of nice options ( cafes , restaurants , wine bars , bakeries ) and reasonable distance to most of the central part of Amsterdam and its main attractions. Spacious room , nicely decorated and really clean. Breakfast on a self service basis on the adjacent kitchen which is equipped with all the basic stuff and overlooks a nice alley. The owner is really welcoming and helpful and will do his best to make your stay as comfy as possible.
