“A good place to stay at Nukus”

Nukus is a remote town, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean and comfortable. There was a small dining area attached where we could make coffee or prepare something simple. The owner/manager was very helpful in arranging transport to the Aral Sea and Khiva. There is also a Turkish restaurant opposite the hotel with excellent food. The location is convenient, being very close to the Art Museum, and there are plenty of nearby shops for essentials. Overall, a good place to stay.

“It was okay for 1 night, but not for a long stay”

The reception is 10/10, they spoke very good English and helped me a lot. Also the location is very nice, you can go everywhere by walk and there is a good Turkish restaurant next to it. But there some issues that were not okay and should be considered.

Location. The hostel is right next to the museum and very close to other amenities: there is a Turkish restaurant in front of it, there are coffee and ice cream places round the corner.

Staff were brilliant answered all quieres on booking.com messages and WhatsApp. Fair sized rooms and en-suites. Tea, coffee, water always available

Very well located, 5 minutes walk to the muséum Igor Savitsky and 10 minutes to the bazar. Nice restaurant with reasonnable price just in front of the guest house. A large and very pleasant common room to sit, eat, or drink tea. Very pleasant place to stay, we really appreciate it

The reception was open all the time with nice people. The room is confortable and clean.

It was really good value for the money, the host was really helpful in fixing our registration issues as well.

Nukus is not a big city, so not to many Guesthouse, this is among the best price. They arrange a shared Taxi to the Ship Graveyars in Moynog for us with a very reasonable price.

This place is very close to the city centre and to all the major attractions in Nukus. Friendly staff.

“Perfect place for a quick visit of the city”

There was a really nice shared room were it is possible to sip some coffee or tea and relax before jumping in the city. The bazar and the Art Museum are both reachable on foot, so the location is perfect. In front of the restaurant there is a tasty turkish restaurant which is available also for breakfasts. The staff helped us out to get a shared taxi to Urgench. They were really helpfull.

Great position very close to the Savitsky Museum and the river. The room was clean and comfortable. The common area was good.

Great host that recommended where to eat some local Karakalpak cuisine, and also arranged a guided tour of the nearby Mizdakhan Necropolis

“Pleasant stay with a helpful receptionist who arranged our transport; though no breakfast”

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Family Guest House – Friends-J. The room was simple but suitable for a short stay. The receptionist was very helpful—he quickly arranged a car for Moynaq at short notice and also helped us book a private car to Khiva, which made our journey much easier. Breakfast was not available, but a Turkish restaurant is located just across the street, where we had a delicious dinner. Overall, a good experience with great support from the staff.
