“Book it if you love the French Chateau.”
J'adore les châteaux. Now we got the chance to stay here. Some parts are still original. Others are renovated. I hope to go back to this place one day.

It is a cute place with a lot of charme. The Lady running reception and breakfast is a delight and made us feel very welcome. The rooms and bathrooms vary in size, the matrace was super-comfy. The pool, the bar and the breakfast room were my favorite spots.

Beautifully appointed Chateau dating back to the 14th Century and still owned by the same family. The rooms are full of character but with all the modern facilities. Ideal location, situated just outside the village of Nuits Saint Georges but also convenient for motorway access so great for a few days exploring but also just as a stopover. Breakfast was fresh and with top quality ingredients and good coffee. Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating Chateau de la Berchere punches well above it's weight.
