Close to airport. Has theme park and restaurants. Beds and sheets are awesome.

The breakfast was delicious, although I wish there was more variety. It was the same breakfast the next day, which is fine, but there's just not a ton of options to begin with.

The amenities were great especially the dolphins. The room was big, quiet, but a little bit on the dingy side.

Our room was very large, clean and comfortable... The included breakfast was traditional Mexican and very good ... We opted to include the waterpark in our stay and had a great time splashing around with a lot of local families who were enjoying their vacation time there as well... Our flight left late in the evening and we were able to check our bags in storage and remain at the property, enjoying a full day in the sun at the waterpark up until the last moment before we hopped in an Uber and went to the airport... Also, the bus stopped directly in front of the hotel (heading south towards PVR) so that was cool because we had taken the local bus from Lo de Marcos and had our bags with us... We could have easily taken the bus to the airport as well if we had wanted to...🥰❤️🥰

Wi-Fi was strong and secure. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony facing the water park. The shade for the patio door to the balcony was a true black-out shade. The waterpark on site is worth its weight in gold; we spent many hours there so the booking that included access was well worth it. The food offered at the splash park was better than the food offered at the hotel restaurant. Additionally, there is a bus stop conveniently located immediately outside the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. Some staff there speak English, however, none of the front desk staff (at the time) knew English. Google Translate was helpful here!

The park was a few feet away from the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pools and shows at the water park. The experience with the seals was great. The kids could not ride the waterslides due to age.

For the price it is good value for the kids . You must be 1.4 meters to use the waterside for safety so keep that in mind when your coming

Have been there before.. The waterpark is fun - food - drinks - slides and activities lots to do .. Its a fun experience. Good to know some Spanish as the english is limited, but its just plain fun..

That's really lovely place in the water park is amazing! The stuff is amazing and are willing to help in anything you need. They are giving traditional breakfast or pancakes + orange juice or coffee. We planned to stay here for 3 days and because our daughters was asking we extended it for 2 weeks. The place is feeling very safe and it's very safe to walk around in this area and there is a lot of local and cheap restaurants. Here you are getting more than you paid for, we are definitely going to come back here in the next year. It is important to take a quadro room with a view to the water park, the regular two people room have no view at all.
