Juan Alberto was just Awesome! He was so welcoming and allowed us an early checkin as our plans had changed. The property is spectacular and the breakfast was superb. The room was excellent and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a blessing after a long journey. Everyone was really friendly and we felt really welcomed. Hope we make it back again!!

“Loved our stay”
Charming accommodation with great staff. The pool area is a lovely tranquil oasis. We loved the Mexican decor. It was comfortable and welcoming with a very nice common area. The air conditioner was great and made the temperature in the room very comfortable for sleeping at night.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. The pool was cool and relaxing, especially after long walks through town or on the beach.

Everything was great, room, large bed staff, pool, garden and canal at rear. Plenty of breakfast.we found all staff to he pleasant and helpful. Can use house phone to call taxis.

“Private, quiet and relaxing”
Great location. Excellent home-cooked breakfast served by the pool. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Good restaurant selection in walking distance.

“Beautiful boutique hotel in Nuevo Vallarta”
The house was beautiful as well as the gardens. Pool was great to lounge by. All of the staff were amazing, breakfast was fresh and different every day. Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the Mexican decor! Beach was a 15 minute walk.

owner was unwelcoming, didnt show us around the property, had to search for yourself, no wifi given, breakfast was horrible and only served 9-10am, beds were hard, shower was slow with little hot water, and a crocodile outside in the canal with no warning signs

The location is beautiful! It’s located in a very calm and natural environment: you will even see some crocodiles on the other side of the river and a cute little turtle in the garden. The room is spacious and it’s very quite but still close to some nice restaurants. But what stood out for us the most was the kind staff. They even helped us to ship my forgotten shoes to our next location in Mexico. Very friendly of them! We can only recommend staying here!

Excellent location for a quiet get a way. Casa Virgilious is a comfortable, homey, guest friendly facility., Also, the gated community offered a good degree of security.The beach is a bit of walk from the facility , as are some of the other attractions in the area. However, Uber provided a good, reliable, reasonable service.
