It was a good price for 2 rooms for a night and central in the town of Nueva Loja/Lago Agrio. There was a good breakfast included in the price and the staff were very friendly.

The room was comfortable, good shower and big TV with Streaming services. Wifi worked great! Staff were lovely, they helped us with our laundry after the Amazon which desperately needed washing. They even allowed us to check-out late while we waited for our bus to Quito which was lovely

Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was yum. Bed was comfy. Very secure parking. I checked in around 5.30pm and asked if I could get laundry done and it was no problem, it was ready in the morning, great service.

The room was really clean and big. The room we booked was not available so we got upgraded to a bigger one for the same price. The breakfast was really nice and full. The staff was really nice.

Spent one night here before going to Cuyabeno. Room was big and had A/C. The hotel is close to everything. When we said we didn't need our included breakfast the next day, they refunded us some money

“Great hotel with great staff”

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the two ladies on Reception are a credit to the hotel. They arranged to store our motorcycles and luggage while we spent some time in the Amazon Rainforest. They also sorted a fast turn around on our washing for a very reasonable price.
