We had the most wonderful stay at Toi Toi Toi as a group of two couples. The apartment was excellent in every way - conveniently located both to the gondola and the town centre (about 5 ish minute walk either way), super clean and well equipped, light filled and spacious, with easy access with a door code and a great entrance with storage for snow/ski gear. However the absolute highlight was Rie’s kindness and hospitality - she was so willing to assist with bookings and helping out in any way. On our last day, our pre-booked transfer did not show and Rie helped us to book a local taxi service and waited outside with us until they arrived. I hope to stay at Toi Toi Toi again. Thank you Rie san!

So glad I chose this home for my stay. Exceedingly beautifully decorated just minutes from the ski lift and such a wonderful caring host! With comfortable beds, 2 toilets, washing machine/dryer, you have all the facilities you need to feel like home. My wife has a ski acident and Rie-san provided a knee guard, drove us to the clinic and waited while she seek treatment to drive us back and helped with the taxi arrangements at short notice, there is no better home and host elsewhere. a 20 out of 10 score!

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in Nozawa Onsen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a 6-minute walk to the Nagasaka Gondola and a 4-minute walk to the main street, making it super convenient to the slopes and exploring the village. The apartment itself was spotless, with an inviting, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made our stay even more convenient. A big highlight was our host, Rie. She was so kind and friendly, always happy to help. She even arranged for our snow luggage to be couriered back to the airport, which made our departure stress-free.

Rie was the most incredible host. You made our stay seamless, enjoyable and such a great experience. The location of Toi Toi Toi was absolutely marvellous. A short walk up to the gondola, or a short walk to the main street. Everything was absolutely perfect. Rie was so accomodating and helpful with restaurants and any questions we had. Such a delightful stay we cant wait to come back again

The location was great. About 5 mins walk to the slopes and town in the opposite direction. The owner provided an information booklet upon arrival of the onsens, ski resort, restaurant was very helpful. She was responsive and was very helpful to us before and during our stay. We had a great time at Nozawaonsen. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location for both access to ski field gondola and very close to village centre for dining, shops etc. Very comfortable apartment with friendly and outstandingly helpful hosts. Rie patiently answered all of my very numerous questions prior to arrival, provided lots of useful information about Nozawa Onsen, and helped with pick-up and drop-off of ski gear from/to the Yamato ta-q-bin luggage courier service.

We loved our stay and Rie the host, couldn't have been more helpful. Well located, very comfy and everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds. Large house. Large kitchen and dining. Host was lovely and very helpful.

The owners were helpful and friendly. Amenities were great, and apartment layout was suitable for 2 families. The location is very central to town and ski slopes but there was a bit of a hike up to the property from the bus station, especially with big luggages.
