A very good location, in front of a park with a playground for kids, with direct access to the sea, harbour and the old town. Opposite to the villa is a historical church, a museum as well as many restaurants with local food. The apartment was very clean. Good base to explore Istria wine country side too.

Church bells at 7am and much light coming through the windows. Some blinds or proper curtains would have been nice.
