“Exceptional stay in Novi Sad”
Overall we had a great experience both with the place and with the wonderful host Anya. She was exceptionally present and responsive to our every needs, looking after us and giving great suggestions. The apartment is very quiet, clean and perfectly functional. We stayed there for Exit so we ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment, sleeping mostly during the day and we never heard any noise. The kitchen is well equipped like everything else. Highly recommend!

“Perfect place to stay with family”
In terms of comfort it was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed. Very cozy and with all neccessary things to feel like at home. Very good location with few supermarkets (ones is open in 24/7 mode) and pharmacies nearby.

Stayed for two nights and it was perfect for us. Friendly hosts, good location, the apartment was clean and it met our expectations. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to visit Novi Sad and be outside of the city centre but still close enough.

We liked practically everything - the owner, location, infrastructure (shops, pharmacy, gym), the apartment ( cosy, clean, lots of utilities etc.), the parking space. The apartment might be a little bit small for families with teenagers, but everything is well organised, then it can be used by such families

It is one of the best apartments we've stayed in so far. The apartment looks rather small at the first glance, but it is very well designed both in terms of visual and ergonomic parts. It has everything you may need for a short or middle term stay. Everything is brand new, clean and comfy. Anja, the host, is doing the great job providing the guests with all they need. She has thought of nearly everything the guest may need, including some tiny details like an umbrella, capsules for washing machine, slippers for men and women, and many many more. She even bought the cot for our child with a mattress, linen and blanket, that she didn't have before. She was also extremely helpful with the questions even not related to the apartment. I'd definitely recommend this apartment.

I’m giving a 10/10 for this outstanding accommodation Private parking & garage inside the building The flat decoration is better than the pictures, also super neat & extra clean! Appreciated all the small attentions (coffee, tea, towels, minibar. Very quiet surroundings. Supermarket and pharmacy in the building garden.
