A very pretty, clean, and cosy little apartment with a lovely terrace and a view. Having a parking spot in the garage was perfect since the traffic around the central area is crazy. The host was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wow, I don't remember any apartment rental that I've been to, that can compare to this one in Novi Pazar. It is a new-build, is impeccably clean and spotless with a welcome scent. The balcony views over the city and its distant hills are beautiful, both day and night. The location is located right in the centre of town, so everything is within walking distance. FREE Parking - you have a choice of its underground parking garage (recommended NOT to use by the hosts if you need the car in the evenings after 20h as the access is often gridlocked with traffic due to one-way streets and downtown street closures during evening hours), OR, a block away in a parking lot that is easily accessible at an intersection (you'll be given a card for free access). Now, the hosts... extremely friendly and welcoming! They treat you as very-valued guests, almost like family! I've been to Novi Pazar several times, but this has already become my future choice whenever I'd visit this cool little place.

The appartment is in the very centre of the city so you can reach many interesting sightseeing points by walking. The appartment is in a newly build complex which is in good shape. I really liked the interior and furniture. It was all new, clean and nice. A very comfortable bed a small kitchen and a clean modern bathroom. I liked the air condition too which is not mentioned in the appartment descriptions. After a long day of travelling around the city it was a pleasure to come back to this appartment. The view from the balcony especially in the night is something you wont forget. All the lights are like burning candles around the Pazar mountains. Very calm and relaxing Not to forget the landlord of it, a very friendly hospitable lady. Im sure i will come back one day.

Everything was absolutely excellent. Very friendly people. Location is perfect, the building complex is located right by the local market. The area is quiet and safe. The appartment is very clean and very stylishly furnished and has a good size. It was exactly as seen on booking.com. From the balcony there is a great view to the old town of Novi Pazar and the green hills. Everything is in walking distance. Around the corner there is the market, a little food shop, cloth shops ecc. The building also has a garage for parking. In 3 min. one is on the central plaza of Novi Pazar. I can highly recommand this place. It will be my pleasure to come back. Everything was perfect. A big thank you to the owner of the appartment who are very careing and lovely people.
