This is a perfect B&B, with on-site parking and an Italian atmosphere. The host is very welcoming. It is located very close to Seravalle outlet (about 10 minutes). The pool is ideal for relaxing after a hot day.

An unbelievable place! This villa is something else, it's spacious, comfortable with a beautiful garden and parking. Luigi is an amazing host, I couldn't compliment him more! Only a few minutes away from Serravalle Shopping village. Very quiet, secure and private.

The building itself is beautiful, the owner is nice, but the rooms are no more than 3 stars. very expensive for this room. We were sure that we would get a beautiful room, but it felt like we were just staying the night. the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard. uncomfortable bed and toilet directly opposite the bed with maximum audibility. Breakfast is only at 9 and if you are in a hurry you will end up hungry like us. for 2-3 stars I would give 8-9, for the stated level and price 6-7.

Stunning little b&b, fabulous host, sweet little Italian breakfast 😍, enjoyed a lovely down day around the sweet little pool on the sun loungers and a cool off in the pool ❤️. Host and his family were super lovely, presented us with a complimentary, perfectly chilled, bottle of prosecco whilst we were chilling round the pool and later on fed us with some homemade gnocchi 😋 We used it as a base to explore Italian Riviera, Portofino and Genoa - it worked well for us. Thank you Claudia for a lovely stay.

“A very special place, that is worth visiting”
A very nice host! Brought us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a nice bouquet of roses fro the own garden! The villa is built 200 years ago, very authentic, modern and cozy.
