Lovely location in Novello

ANT is an amazing place. If you rent a room there, definitely also eat a dinner at the restaurant. A not too be missed experience! And Novello is a beautiful little town to visit.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Ant. It's located in Novello, a charming and quiet village in the Barolo wine region. Ant is right next to the beautiful Novello castle, and you're surrounded by sweeping vineyard views. Our room was very large with everything we needed (including waters and snacks in the fridge and fresh baked cake waiting for us). The bed was large and comfortable and the decor is truly special. It's very simple (mostly white and wood) which I loved, and there are many interesting details with the furniture and design elements. We stayed for two nights and would go down and have an evening drink on the patio with the great hosts there. The patio and courtyard are beautiful, as is the restaurant. We ate at the restaurant our first night, which you absolutely must do. It was such a fun and unique experience: going to the wine cellar to pick out your bottle for dinner, course after course of unique dishes, a fun game after each course where you guess what you ate and all ingredients involved. The meal was a highlight of our entire trip. Note that it is not traditional Italian whatsoever, but definitely worth the experience. Novello has some other restaurants, enotecas, etc. and the location is a great home base for exploring the wine region. We would love to come back to Ant!

- I really liked the style of the apartment - Great communication, host provided local recommendations which we enjoyed, unfortunatly their restaurant wasn't open during our stay but I would have loved to try that if the dates aligned. - very clean and comfortable, convenient for walking into the small town - delicious banana bread left for us and some yogurt and juice in the fridge was a big bonus!

Beautiful house in the hearth of the village. Very big free parking just a minute away. Clean rooms and super friendly and helpful staff.

New and very cosy+comfortable apartment with a nice original decor-style. Very comfortable beds😴 and new bathroom and kitchen. Nice view towards the mountains from balcony above the inner courtyard. Very friendly hosts Tiziano and Alex. When there you MUST TRY the very delicious food, and very special and original experience it is to dine at ANT Restaurant.

Very beautiful and stylish appartment which is built and decorated by the winefarmer with whom we enjoyed a private winetasting! In the evening we had dinner at the restaurant which has the same style as the appartment, very very unique and beautiful! Check the well in the wine cellary! The owners of the appartment and restaurant did their utmost best to take care of us during the dinner. The wine is great! The food is Michelin quality and prepared with love by Alex and served with care and attention by Cristiano. Only 10’s for these guys, we really enjoyed our (too short) stay!
