The facilities. It's one thing to read about the location from the description and I did not expect them to fully uphold the decription of all the items and the apartment itself. It looked newly built, or newly renovated and it's the newest building around. We had a small issue with water because some pipe burst, but I won't drag them through the mud for it, it happens sometimes. I am still giving them a fully positive review, despite the water issue, since the hosts were easy to contact and quick to reply to our questions and concerns.
