Peacefully set in an isolated 19th-century stone house, Mala Villa- private heated pool is located on the Island of Pag, in the village of Dabovi Stani near Novalja. The beach in a typical Mediterranean cove can be reached in a 5-minute walk through nature. This 2-storey Villa is decorated with a mixture of traditional and modern. The air-conditioned living room with satellite TV and a fireplace is situated on the ground floor, same as a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious furnished terrace offers barbecue facilities. The upper floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy long walks and bike rides in the surrounding nature. Numerous island restaurants offer local specialities like homemade cheese, roasted lamb or fresh sea food and fish. Novalja is 8 km away, while the popular party destination Zrće is 10 km from Mala Villa- private heated pool. The main road is 400 metres from the property.

“i would reccomend Mala Villa to friends and family,”
the place itsel was absolutely stunning! the pool and outdoor BBQ were a nice touch! and the exterior looked stunning. the AC downstairs was amazing, although, upstairs only had a fan in 1 room and AC in the other. The bathroom and cleaning facilities for dishes were ideal.

Nice, secluded location of the vila, near smaller quiet beach, surrounded by nature and sheep. Great terrace with sunbeds and a pool. Stone cottage, but modern style interior, everything functional and clean. Nice and responsive owner. Stayed here in March 2022.
