We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly soft (which I perfect for me), the kitchen had all the essentials (plus a few thoughtful extras), and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really made the stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. From quick communication to thoughtful local recommendations, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

“Wonderfull welcoming accommodation”
Suzana and Boris are excellent and welcoming hosts. They are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The rooms are clean, well equipped including aircon and with comfortable beds. The rooms / suites have privacy, they are located at the back of the house with a view over the nice garden. We were there for a week of paragliding. It is about a 15 minute drive to the Lijak launch and a 10 minute drive to landing.

The air is nice and clean, a real relaxing atmosphere . It's a 15 min walk into the city and taxis are prompt and usually only a 5 min wait time. There are supermarkets nearby and also restatuarants.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and contained all the needed amenities! Very comfortable place to sleep (also clearly decorated with love)! The host, Suzana, was super helpful and gave us very useful information and tips about the area. One of our most pleasant experiences with booking.com ☺️

“Great relaxing stay close to Vipava Valley”
Great little appartment with everything you might need and excellent welcome from Suzanna and Boris! The area is very quiet so perfect for a relaxing holiday as very close to both Nova Gorizia and the Vipava Valley (wonderful wines).

“A charming relaxing little unit overlooking an orchard on the edge of Nova Gorica, but need a car.”
The owners live adjacent and were extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. The view from the unit is lovely and the unit has a lot of storage for such a small space.
