“Cheap for a reason.”

The bed was not a pull-out as the Booking’s confirmation suggested. It was comfortable. The cactus garden, with dining seating was pleasant. There was a washing machine. Water was hot! Steep climb to property provided small sea view and breeze. Within walking distance of supermarket.

Cool studio apartment in Lemon Bay. Host was very amenable to my changing plans as I arrived several hours earlier than expected. Great value for what you get, and in a convenient part of town. Shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away. And the popular beaches aren't much further. The place has a private garden, and a washing machine. You can also see some of the ocean from the garden.

Self contained with everything you need.

The location is excellent, and the property owner is friendly.

“Excellent affordable accommodation option for solo travelers”

Excellent accommodation option with kitchen, WASHING MACHINE, and outdoor patio. 10 minutes walk to Port Plaisance shopping mall and Casino supermarket (down/uphill). 15/20 minutes walk to Baie des Citrons beach. A car is recommended as buses are expensive and not frequent (for longer stays)

I had 2 very nice days here. It's quite big and comfy. The owner is very nice. WIFI was good too. There is even a washing machine and a cute garden to relax with an amazing view. Shops are 10 min walking down the hill.

“Great spot with kind owners and locals”

Great location tucked away from the main activity centre. Located on a no through road so it was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend having a car, but it's not too long a walk down to Lemon Bay. Owner and family are charming and were very kind to us, especially speaking English for us Aussies.

The location was convenient to catch the bus and supermarket . The washing area was good to dry clothes.

“Not as expected”

Not much, to be honest. I booked this due to other reviews, but I should have done more of my own research. The sea view was good. Cute enclosed garden to have breakfast or a cocktail.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent value. Everything one needs to self-cater in an expensive city. Private, covered courtyard which was really came into its own with the alternating thunderstorms and hot sunshine.

“Worth the money”

Awesome hosts, we arrived in a taxi with no cash and only realised too late. The owner borrowed us money to pay the taxi which we then paid back when we paid for the stay. When we left the hosts dropped us to the port so we could get a ferry to our next location. Kitchen was fully equipped with big fridge meaning you could make your own meals. The garden was awesome, but it gets too hot during the day so ideal for breakfast only.
