“A beautiful gem of an apartment”
The place is very beautiful and overall has everything you should need, even for a longer stay (including kitchen appliances and even a pizza cutter - theres a pizzeria just outside). It definitely exceeded our expectations and we would really recommend it. I was worried after checking the location on Google as it seems like an odd place to have some accommodation and there were no reviews on Booking.com, it seemed to be too nice and modern to be located in this "industrial" building, but the host was very responsive although there was a little bit of a language barrier. In the end I was also able to find some reviews on Google. It was very clean on arrival. It has a good washing machine and a utility room. It also has a walk-in wardrobe. It's very modern and contemporary, beautifully decorated. It has a very impressive coffee machine which is connected to and can be controlled via an iPad, allowing you to put more or less milk/coffee into your cup, perfect for someone like me, who likes their coffee to be extremely weak and as to usually stop machines mid-cycle. There are a small supermarket and a small bakery on the other side of the road and a bigger shop within a 5-minute walk. Overall, we will most definitely stay here again if we go back to Nortrup and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in this little village.
