Beautiful and well equipped cottage on a stunning beach in lush surroundings. Nice wine glasses and coffee machine and plenty of bathroom and beach towels.Clean and modern, bedroom and separate living space with a gorgeous deck decorated with conch shells! Chairs for the beach great. Use of Bouganvillia pool and lunch useful on first day. Good communication with owner. A hidden gem, could’ve stayed forever!

“Amazing relaxing piece of paradise”

Lovely secluded place with everything you need, very quiet and peaceful easy to get to with any type of car. It’s surrounded by loads of beautiful vegetation and the cottage we stayed in was very well maintained, had a comfortable bed, a decent size bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and hand soap available. There is also a living room area with a little sofa and a coffee table, mini fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and coffee filter together with cutlery and crockery. There is a beautiful beach next to the property where we spent most of our holiday and which we loved very much and there are beach chairs, beach towels and a sun umbrella available. The owner is very nice and responsive and he also bakes bread and pastries on site - we enjoyed his sourdough bread! We hired a car from the airport and had it throughout our stay and it cane in very handy to get to and from the property roam around the island. The road to the property is decent and you can even get there with small cars. We had a very relaxing time during our stay and we will most definitely return.

Our stay at Eleuthera Retreat was beyond amazing! These colorful cottages are a real hidden gem in Eleuthera, located just steps away from the Poponi Beach (actually it felt like a private paradise). Alexander is an incredibly helpful host, so our time there was absolutely perfect.

What a special place, this is a very private, beautiful location on a stunning quiet beach. Property had everything you need, it’s simple but perfect. We loved our 2 days here.

“Wanderful stay at the beachfront Villa”

Our stay at the beachfront Villa was wonderful. The villa is spacious, full of light, decorated with attention to detail. It is equipped with all the necessary household appliances and necessities for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable too, and the view from the villa to the ocean is divine, absolutelly gorgeous. The beach is a few steps below and is fantastic. Clean with soft sand, not many people around so it feels like it's yours alone. The sunset is unforgettable and the night skies are full of stars. Our host Aleksander made sure that we didn't miss anything. You can even order pastries and bread from him and he will bring them to your house the next morning. We only stayed for 3 nights, but the house is equipped for a long, comfortable stay. We should do it again!

Very comfortable, quiet and beautiful place, 2 min walk to the beach. If you don't rent a car, you can take a 20 minute walk to buy things you need.

You could order bread or you could breakfast. Or go to a hotel nearby. I loved the porch. The bed was comfortable and it was cosy. The scenery was beautiful. Very near to the beach. It was called the Retreat for a reason. Peace when you walked to a deserted beach. Towels were great. Air conditioning and I felt safe. The staff were helpful particularly my first night to get some dinner at the hotel nearby which I loved.

“We found what we were looking for!”

We were looking for: a paradise beach, secluded but high-quality accommodation to escape of everyday life, and accommodation with the ability to cook simple meals. The first and second aspeckts were met 1000%. This place is out of this world! The cottages and gardens of Alexander, the owner, are beautiful; our cottage was very clean and well-maintained. The host himself was very helpful, and we felt we could count on him if we had any problems—that feeling is worth a lot when you're far from home. The host bakes bread/baguettes that can be ordered a day in advance and they are amazingly good. The house itself is modernly furnished with a maritime touch, which is great for us plus there is large bathroom. The location is about 15 km drive from Governor's Harbour where you will find supermarkets, cafes etc.

“Tranquil, romantic and beautiful beachside escape with a personal, homely touch”

The location is absolutely stunning—secluded, quiet, and romantic. It’s the perfect place to soak in the beauty of the island and the gorgeous (often empty) pink sand beach. The cottage was cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for simple self-catering. We wanted the option of preparing our own meals, so we arranged for our taxi to stop at a local market on the way in to stock up. That said, there’s also a hotel on the neighboring property if you’d like an alternative dining or social option without venturing too far—or if, like us, you don’t have a car. Our host was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful, offering great recommendations. We even joined Alexander for a bonfire on the beach. A special highlight was the fresh baked bread available to purchase each morning—a small but lovely touch that we highly recommend! We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Beautiful small cottage, only 5 in total so it felt very intimate. 1 min walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Bakery bread available via owner and good restaurant options a short drive away.
