“Wonderful staff in a beautiful pristine hotel with fab outdoor pool.”

This is my second time to stay here and as always it was just fantastic. A beautiful outdoor pool for the warm weather and a beautiful nice door one for winter months. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and pristine. The breakfast is delicious. But what makes this hotel is the staff. Engin and Enes on reception and Handen in customer relations cannot do enough for their residents. They are kind and friendly amd went above and beyond for me and other guests I’m sure. Muhammet the concierge gentleman was just incredibly welcoming too. I was staying alone and they could not have done more to welcome me and ensure I have the most wonderful stay.

The room was excellent spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s food was also delicious, with a great variety and quality. Overall, a fantastic experience.

“Fantastic Hotel”

The staff at Concorde are amazing. I feel like a VIP here. I had a strange booking , Booked 1 night myself, then had 2 additonal nights on a second Booking and a fourth night on another booking. We got upgraded and the helpdesk were so acommodating, pleasent the hotel was so clean, the room amazing and the staff are all A+++. There is simply no other hotel in Northern Nicosia that has met the standard that Concord Tower provides. The rooms are clean, modern and bigger than most hotels in the area. All the staff are polite, professional, and helpfully. Handan, the customer relations manager, made sure to ensure that we were happy and all our wishes were met. The breakfast buffet is clean, providing a variety of turkish style breakfast options. When my mother had a dental emergency and was unable to eat soild foods, the kitchen staff made sure to make her porridge the way she liked even though it was not one of the offered options. Even the casino staff were very helpful with parking as my mum is disabled and needs accessible parking.
