The girl at front desk was excellant we didn't get her name we couldn't get the tv on, we forgot what time the breakfast was so we had to phone her she was so nice and fixed all our concerns. We are three older ladies and everytime we went downstairs to go out side she would smile and wave or comment about us loved staying here absolutely would recommend this place to friends and family.Thank you so much, oh one thing we didn't ask but I would like to have warm boiled eggs instead of cold and I heard more than one person say the same thing, again Thank you it was a pleasure here.

Issues with control of other guests. We could not rest and sleep because kids running and slaming doors for all the corridors at midnigth. We talked to hotel crew but they cold not control for 2 nights.
