“Disappointing.”
When we checked into 1 of the 2 rooms we had reserved, the door was already opened, our trash wasn't emptied, there was an open bar of soap on the bathroom counter. There were lights burned out, no bedding for our sofa bed, no toiletries or hairdryer and only 1 towel. Our keys were not working with our door, so we got another set, and still didn't work. Come to find out, it was the door and not the keys therefore, if we left our room we wouldn't be able to get back in.

The checkin was very bad. The front desk lady was so rude, i did my booking through booking.com and she was could not locate my booking in their system and was not eager to even do her part to check properly. Also my international credit card was not declined, and i had to borrow a friend's local credit card to pay. Luckily my friend was there if not dont know what i would have done. Overall customer service at checkin was very very bad.
