If I can give them zero they deserve it The guy in front disk is disrespectful just chewing gum and playing with his keys 🔑 !!!! I arrived and my room wasn’t ready he said we sold out and no body contacted me earlier to fix this issue Really Holiday in will never be one of my choices in future

they took 100 usd deposit during check-in, which supposed to be refunded after check-out. I check-out on December 7th, and despite several, not answered, reminders on December 28th (3 weeks later), deposit still not refunded. Be careful. Contacted booking.com, but they didn't make any action to assist.

Michael at the front desk was great. Honestly he saved our night and ended what was a disaster at another hotel. It was late with 3 kids and our room at other location was nasty. Our youngest daughter (7) even commented how friendly he was. A great person to have on your staff. We saw him the next morning and still was just as pleasant.

“Overnight stay worth every penny due to”
Room size was excellent, breakfast provided in the cost was very good. All areas of our room and the hotel in general were extremely clean, very nice.
