“Unpleasant and total waste of money.”
Stayed 2 nites. Fire alarm both nites. NO direction by staff. Called front desk and told to evacuate. Never any direction when to come back in. Reported towel bar pulled away from wall at check in. I can see reason why. The grab bar located at other end over toilet. Person used towel bar as grab bar to avoid slipping when getting out of shower. NO BATHMAT PROVIDED. 1 BATH TOWEL PROVIDED. WHEN ASK FOR 2ND WAS GIVEN A GYM TOWEL. Front desk person was very unpleasant. The facilities appeared to unmaintained. Horrible patch job in bathroom, ceiling looked like one section had been cleaned, etc Website mentioned breakfast...none provided. Overall, partial refund should be given because because of totally unpleasant experience. Definitely will tell my friends to stay away from Candlewood.
