I made a reservation with a king bed, and when I arrived they told me that it doesn’t have king beds. And it was a paid reservation, they should have the king bed available if it is a payment that is made when making the reservation, that bothered me a lot

Well after the shock of broke down cars, including a limo, and tripping over buckled floor boards, the room was clean as well as the bathroom, no bugs, or smells so, there's a positive.
