“Close to downtown, comfortable stay”

Great location right on the beach, though not a great area, it turns out. But the rooms were fairly solid. Really helpful reception staff and a literal 5 second walk to the beach.

Customer service was great! I reserved a room with partial view of the ocean, but I got a room with the parking lot view instead. I went to complain, i think there was a mistake. I was told the desired view is not guaranteed at times as the availability may not be updated at the time of booking. They checked their database nonetheless, and had one available suite. They rectified and upgraded me to suite at no extra charge. Kitchen sink was clogged, but they actioned so quickly after the receptionist was informed.
