Great location with ski in/out access, staff really friendly and helpful. Both Non and 815 restaurants were good although the menu in Non is limited, we were only staying for a couple of days which was ok but a longer stay would make choices difficult

Beautiful location, good facilities

Perfect ski in ski out hotel. The spa facilities and service is fantastic! Breakfast spread is satisfactory. The view from breakfast room is beautiful, especially during sunrise. The hotel restaurant food is delicious too.

The experience at the hotel itself was ok, The overall experience in the ski resort was a one or maybe two star experience. You are not going to this place to eat and sleep and you would expect the different accomodations to take some responsibility of the overall experience. Well, they are not. The info of snow conditions was poor (f.ex. icy conditions), some of the best piste options were off limit due to training. The pistes are narrow. The relatively new "Olympique" restaurant is fine for showing off but it narrows down the already narrow pistes even more. If you want to show off this might the place for you, if you want to go skiing go somewhere else. I got 3 diifferent invoices for parking and toll boots and then a 4th for a broken windshield due to the excessive amount of gravel on the road leading up to the resort. Be sure to to have insurance for broken wind shield because it's going to be hammered for 10-15 km before reaching the resort.

We loved that it was dog friendly. There was plenty to do with the skiing and pool and spas!

The facilities at the resort were fantastic, parking on site, ski rentals on site (including free storage lockers with rentals) and the ability to ski in and out was lovely. The pool/gym/sauna facilities were great. There was a great variety of options available for breakfast and the restaurant on site served delicious food. In particular I want to commend the staff working there, particularly those in reception. My plans changed while I was there and I needed to shorten my stay as a result and everyone was so accommodating. It's not something that can be expected, but I couldn't make calls on my phone due to an issue with my carrier and the reception staff were kind enough to let me use their own phones to make calls. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I would hope to return in the future for a much longer stay.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax: good food, clean rooms with a beautiful mountain view, a sauna spa, and very friendly and skilled staff. beautiful hikes in the area, also suitable at a moderate level.

The breakfast was lovely - lots of choice, and even though it was peak winter break period, it was easy to get a table. The buffet dinner was also lovely - lots of choice, limited bookings to ensure it was a serene environment.

“Excellent hotel for a ski trip”

Fab location for ski-in ski-out trip. The ski centre is part of the hotel making the hiring of equipment and getting a pass really simple. The hotel is clean and dining room views are stunning. We enjoyed the pool and climbing wall - didn’t use Spa as it is adult-only. Again all well organised and clean.
